Due to continued expansion, my client is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their friendly and fast paced team based in Cheltenham.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, the role includes:

• Recovery of debt by way of phone, letters and email
• Liaison with collection agencies
• Pre-action negotiation
• Handling of client calls and queries
• Ad hoc credit control duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Credit Control experience
• Well-developed computer skills
• The ability to communicate with internal and external bodies at all levels
